Your confirmation emails (which may include details of tour bookings, hotel booking and recruitment process) may include marketing material which we may feel will be of interest to you from other third parties. We may also use and analyze the information and/or data that we collect so that we can review, administer, support, improve and develop our business and the services which we offer.

Online Payment :

The payment should be in advance to book and confirm the reservations.
Payment could be done by online payment.

Credit Card Payment (Direct Card Payment): Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit card Payment option

If you make a reservation online at www.clovertourism.com, the booking conditions will be attached to the booking confirmation email sent to you at the time of reservation.

Refund Policy :

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
For no refund policy if you have purchase some specific time coupon tickets, event or attraction or accommodation which have no refund and replacement, it will be non-refundable in all circumstances.

Cancellation Policy :

  • The cancellation prior 15 days of the tour date is 100% refundable
  • The 50% of the amount will be refunded if the booking is cancelled prior 1 week and in case of no show or non arrival Adventure Leisure Tourism reserve rights to charge 100%.

If your booking was done through other travel agent, please contact the issuing travel agent for any refund.
No refund is provided in case of partial use of the tours and activities.
In some cases hotel or accommodation is also non-refundable.

Only amounts that are refundable in accordance with the Conditions advised to you at the time of purchase will be refunded. You should not use this form to enquire about the cancellation charges or how much would be refunded. Once you have submitted this form, your booking will be cancelled.

The refund will be complete by maximum 30 days from transaction date
